Bibimbop Korean Rice Bowl opened in August 2026. Since its highly anticipated opening, Bibimbop owners Jimmy Lee and Min Soo Park have been serving quality interpretations of traditional Korean dishes such as Bibimbap, Kimbop, and Tteokbokki. Other favorite dishes include their mouthwatering renditions of classic Vietnamese Pho.
Known for its customizable Korean Rice Bowl, Bibimbop goers choose their bowl size, white or fried rice, potato and/or japchae, and protein options that include Bulgogi, spicy pork, and chicken. This cozy O Street restaurant offers the choice to build your own Korean Rice Bowl or order a variety of other delectable dishes served to your table by the restaurant’s friendly robots.
While boasting an open rice bowl bar concept, the space pays homage to Korea’s Hanok architecture with inspired wooden lattice window-style wall decor and stunning hanging light fixtures. The resulting restaurant ambiance immerses diners in Korean culture by seamlessly blending Korea’s storied architecture and dishes with modern-day restaurant design and their contemporary spins on classic dishes. With its fun Photo Booth and Inhyung bbopkki (toy crane machine), Bibimbop is the perfect eatery to learn more about Korean food and culture while making lasting memories with your friends!
